W124 300D Low vacuum to climate control & rear headrest lines
Just as the title states. I originally posted this on benzworld but my issue doesnt seem too popularon there. Hope this works out. W124 300D Vacuum issue to Climate control and rear headrests - Mercedes-Benz Forum
Long story short, the rear vacuum headrests do not pop down when the button is pressed & my climate control is only blowing air from the side vents and defrost. The link above will explain everything I did in detail. From my 4 way T on the Vacuum Pump to the 3 way T behind the booster that houses the Grn/Yel Climate control line & white line going to rear headrests is getting about 5in hG. I have isolated all lines and vacuum connections which are Good. Aside from this I am stumped. The vacuum pump itself is putting out 22 to 23 In hG so is this low vacuum issue I am having normal? Did I miss something. I researched on PeachParts vacuum diagrams for my car, BTW Helped greatly but I checked all those lines.
