Is it worth it to clean injectors

A topic for discussion sure my injectors were dirty and I probably was getting 2 miles less / gal. then I should have been getting but by cleaning and balancing them to 1950 psi. I created myself a big headache. For some reason after cleaning my injector started spraying to the side with a poor pattern which caused the destruction of the ball in the bottom and Im not sure but might have blown the whole bottom of the prechamber out and fused, it to the head it is encased in. I'm going to try this morning to get the prechamber out but I doubt it will budge and even if I get it out Im pretty sure the damage is severe to the piston and cylinder. So this is one more thing on the list that can turn these engines into a boat anchor. I know a lot of people want their beloved diesel to run it's best but sometimes I guess you can live by the old adage do'nt fix it till its broke. I never knew that this could happen if I did I would have probably not touched the injectors. Just hope this can help someone else. A fine person on the forum did offer to loan me a factory prechamber screw type puller stay tuned we'll see what happens. Oh and I did check all injectors before installing them somehow this happened after running awhile.
