Chaning oil in 300D

Do you need a suction device like seen in the mercedeshop.com diy section for the E430? Or is it the same as a normal car. (I consider normal my Honda Accord and Dodge Truck)

Bill, that's a nice site you guys have built up. However for the procedures for the P/S fluid and filter change, it should be mentioned for people to see what their owner's manual says for type of fluid. Both of my Benzes take ATF in the powr steering sys. not actual p/s fluid, why, I don't know but that's what they say.

kyle no harm was ment I do lay on once in awhile tx bill was very kind in his comments.You will find many of us on this site that will help you.You still should read everything you can about the car ignorance is no vice all of us need help sometimes.Good luck with your car.It is one of the best ones.Michael curmudgeon.
