For hifu

In the picture 7K and 7G are the delivery valve assembly (pressure valve) and the parts cannot be swapped around with other Valves.

7K only goes on one end of the 7g Barrel and is lapped to that end. The mark around the barrel is supposed to help tell you which end of the barrel is which.

I am not sure if 7f is shown in the correct position for assembly.

Sometimes when people pull out 7g they pull up the Element Pluger barrel and manage to get it out of the alignment groove and there is some chance of damaging the Fuel Injection Pump.

If you over torque the Delivery Valve Holders there is a chance of damanging he Pump Body especially if you use foot pounds instead of inch pounds.

If you don't torque enough there is a chance that Fuel is going to leak out and eventually end up in the Engine Oil.

Ok.
I do not swapped them, each of them is exactly where it was.
7g in good side ("marker" to the bottom)
7f yes, it was on top 7g.
I tried to do not move Element Plunger, only 7k and 7g.

So, I am waiting for new copper washers and I will do it all over again, with good torques this time. And we'll see what comes up.

I will record some video, so that you can see how bad it is.

I don't know if that is they way it is supposed to go or not. The position of the mark could have been noted when the barrel was pullled out so it could be returned in the same direction.

I think, we do not understand each other.

Ok, but I know.
In my pump, this "marker" (a little groove all around) is directed to the bottom.

That is obvious. And that is exactly what I did.
