Accessing EPC

i used EPC when i had a Windows PC the changed to a Chromebook and could not access the service i changed to a Mac can EPC be accessed with a Mac and is the Service free to American users ?

There's a $75/year fee for US users now :( I dont know if it needs Java.

Not the official epc, but heck, it is FREE! And being web based, I imagine it will work on Mac?
