1987 turbo 300D at U Wrench It Norcross, GA
Spotted this car today, at first glance I assumed it to be a 2.6 or 3.0 I guess gas motor like I've seen a million times at the junkyard.
Upon deeper inspection it was an om603a! The turbo, injector pump and vacuum pump were gone. The trap ox eliminator and crossover intake pipe were laying about. I grabbed a fresh remanned starter and the down pipe(up to the curve before the cat) it had a nice stainless steel flex joint vs the corrugated looking turbo down pipe joints on my 602 and 617 It was a #16 head which I believe is an upgrade over #14, but it did not look to have inclined injectors(they are still there, had I a 1/2 breaker and my 1 1/16 socket, I'd have nabbed them) Anyways, thought someone may be keen on it

That is a No 14 head, but hey... if it is cheap and uncracked, it is something to consider to sandbag for an emergency.
