Hello folks,

Fitted with OM606.910 engine, followed the PP helpful tutorial in removing surrounds, fan ect..

Quick question, is it possible to remove the base which seems to form part of the rear bulk head/fire wall?

I ask as it appears to be riveted in position, bottom left of pic shows two of the retaining fixings.

Still chasing down this oil level warning light, thought it might be a good idea to have a look behind the firewall while everything is off.
