steering wheel bolt part#

Im changing my dash. Turns out the steering wheel was attached by some well meaning person with loctite red. In the end the bolt was pretty well dog eared, so now I want to order a new one. This is a 10mm hex cap screw. Does anyone know the part no? Thanx!

According to the EPC the part number is 126 990 0312 and it fits a great many cars including the 80 and up W123, W126, W124, W140 and W210

I have plenty of those bolts here and I'm in VT. I could drop one in the mail today and you'd have it no later than Wed.

PM your address if you want one.

pm sent. i wont be on the road by wednesday as the main event is figuring out why in the world my heat goes on and off. very perplexing. i call for heat, the blend door pod deploys, and then goes to cold. all vacuum elements hold vacuum, temp sensor works, aspirator works, potentiometer is smooth, dash unit controls pods. anyways, its a few days from putting the dash back in id say. im going to try another switchover valve, and then just buy a new sweater. efcos

Just a note about the steering wheel bolt, it is a one time only bolt and is pretreated with blue loctite. When torqued to 80 nm the stress marks show instantly on the face of the bolt. After you fight one of these you will always replace the bolt.
