Who Do I Contact To Resolve Order Issue?

I ordered front end tensioning parts.

The part in question is an INA drive belt pulley for a 1986 Mercedes 300SDL. My order says the part is not avaible at the moment.

Since day 1 of ordering it said "Avaible...Ships today"
Even today and yesterday it said"Avaible...ships today"

So far it's been 7 days and no changes. I already viewed the "parts delay" email. It says they are having dificulty sourcing parts.

Odd becuase that part is in stock.

Thanks.

Don't forget to grease the screw and threads on the spring compressor.

Hello, thank you for bringing this to our attention and for the delay with your parts. Please send me a PM with your order number and info and I will make sure this goes to the right person and is addressed.
