Oh ho ho. This is gonna be rad then. Ok so ive got all the parts, including coil spring shims, and sway bar bushings to overhaul my front and rear suspension, plus I have new bearing carrier stuff and bushings. My only worries are installing the subframe mounts and front sway bar. That and gettin the dam old bushings out. any tips on Replacing the bearing carrier or the rear subframe mounts and bushings?

I made the mistake of overhauling my front suspension and steering linkage with a uro "heavy duty" kit. Lasted all of a year and a half. The idler arm kit failed almost immediately and the car was impossible to align regardless.

Yup, made the same mistake on my BMW. Front suspension overhaul and in less than 15k miles, all the "Meyle HD" brand stuff is so badly destroyed the front end is wandering and making knocking noises. Never again.
