Good Bosch Shops?

Im trying to get delivery valve gaskets for my 1977 300D with an MW pump but i can't find any bosch service centers or diesel injection shops near me(Socal). Can anyone help me find a good supplier or am I looking in the wrong place and just wasting time?

Post OM616 & 617 Delivery Valve Copper Seals

I had tp buy them off E-bay and no longer remember the vendor .

I measured them with a caliper and spent some time looking before finding what I needed ~ I'd asked at multiple BOSCH shops and every one said 'they're N.L.A." .

YMMV, good luck hunting .

I used the below Russian EPC site to look up the Crush Washers for my 84 300D and I got the Mercedes number from that. A 000 074 17 59 usually when you search with the Mercedes number the A is dropped and you can take out the spaces out 0000741759. That lead me to a site that had the Bosch number bosch 1410105020

When I looked up W123.130 USA the part number was the same MB A 000 074 17 59

Look in the Engine USA Section
https://nemigaparts.com/cat_spares/epc/mercedes/

This place showed them in stock under the Bosch number but I don't know if it is a US parts place.

If you search "0000741759" they show up under the Bosch number on US eBay but sadly if you bought a set of 6 they are $62

While I have always recommend getting the correct crush washers for the delivery valve (because I know on some fuel injection pumps they are an alloy) if there is no choice you have to I guess generic metric crush washers would work.

You ought to say what City you are in to narrow it down

United Diesel
(626) 579-4832
1903 Penn Mar Ave, South El Monte, CA 91733

I worked there as a temp replacing a Hospitalized Employee. That was around 1989. It is a big shop and has been in business since the 1970s.

If you can't go there perhaps they could ship to you.

Note there is several generic European companies that supply entirely adequate gasket kits for Bosch and other Fuel Injection Pumps. If united diesel cannot supply you with the real Bosch ones they can likely have the generic ones.

Ask for delivery valve crush washers and give any other info you have and the Bosch part number. Tell them it does not have to be real bosch.
Note don't let them think you are like taking apart your Pump. Tell them you need to replace the crush washer after you drip time the pump.

This place might be in Canada. The are 5.99 in Canadian dollars.

If you're looking for the 9x13x0.5mm copper crush washer, the forum host has them available. I've used them on an 81 240D with an MW pump, exact fit. My delivery valves are the 'copper washer only' style, no o-rings involved, so maybe these aren't right for an earlier MW pump. But if the size measures 9x13x0.5mm, it should work. The copper isn't anything special as best I can tell, but the size is unusual.

I did a big USA search to find the proper 617 delivery valve crush washers. Had no luck finding them here at a reasonable price, ended up getting authentic Bosch Germany (1 410 105 020) from Europe. Shipping was $45 for 5 pieces or 50, so I got 50 in packs of 5. I'll place an ad in the classifieds for anyone interested.
