Is there any information out there how to do this? Such as a kit or blocker plate?

I'd imagine that blocking the EGR is the easy part. Keeping the computer happy might be the bigger challenge.

The ideal way is to modify the EGR's duty cycle as controlled by the ECU. Jeff @ Rocketchip can do this for you. With EGR duty cycle turned down to zero, the valve will never open. No need to block it mechanically or alter anything else.

I just sent it off for ecu flash to remove adblue and remove egr.
