w123 lower control arm bushing tab stub position alignment

The rubber bushing in the lower control arms have rubber tabs or stubs.

Is there a correct position that the rubber bushing needs to be installed?

In this video at 4 min 15 seconds, you can see the tabs and they perpendicular to the control arm.

Thanks.

The tabs are alligned according to the flat spot on the control arm. The red arrow points to the flat spot.

I fogot to mention that pic I posted is for the 3 piece bushing with the aluminum tube. It is not for the W126 bushing that can be used on a W123. For they you will need to have someone post the site that has the W126 manual.

The attached pic is what I mean by a 3 piece set.

When you torque the nuts on the upper and lower control arm bolts the wheels need to be flat on the ground.

I had trouble with room to do that and I had to put blocks under all of the wheels to raise the Car enough and seill keep the Car level for me to get under and move the Torque wrench a decent amout.
