Someone chopped the hood star off of my SDL, along with essentially every Mercedes in the neighborhood in one night. Some folks (like me) have replaced the star. Other are still riding their Mercs defaced for some reason. The latter are certainly planning on trying the MacGyver Method soon.

Don't forget to grease the screw and threads on the spring compressor.

Someone needs to develop a way to rig a taser to the hood star. Mount the taser under the hood somewhere. When someone yanks on the star, they get a 50,000 volt reminder to re-think their choices in life.
