anyone know where i can purchase these hoses for 83 240 D automatic transmission

I believe these pre-formed hoses are available from the dealer, just call or visit the parts counter and provide your VIN to check availability.
Most likely are NLA by this point.
Sometimes they can be found in good used condition at the local junkyard.

The switchover valves are NLA, and are part of the throttle control of the EGR system.
If the EGR is non-functional they are not needed.
