1978 W123/300CD Front Alignment Education

Good day-

Back story: All the front end components were replaced a couple years ago.
Noticed recently one of the loser arm spindles was jacked up, so I swapped in replacement lower arms (spindles), new lower ball joints, new bearings/races, and new tires.

Before starting all the work, I noticed the front wheels sitting a little cock-eyed, but thought it was from bearing and/or the damaged spindle. After finishing all the work, I see that the passenger front wheel is turned out a fair amount.

I need an alignment I'm sure, but is this condition purely related to an alignment adjustment? Which component allows the wheel to turn out like this?

Lance-
