Holy moley... I turned 50 today...

Quite a milestone I think.

As I get busier and busier, running my business and managing my employees, I keep realizing how much more I want.
Health.
Wealth,
Happiness and family.

I struggle often... currently don't have much time for play and fun.

I took today for myself, and I plan to play a bit.
I'm headed out soon to go work on my latest project...

A 30' houseboat that sank in my customers cove... I got it out of thewater' but have nowhere near a large enough trailer to safely move it from the launch parking lot...

I have been cleaning it and removing water and mud from the deck.

The tires were originally almost compressed from the weight, but since I pulled up one of the waterlogged deck boards and sucked out most of the water they are nearly round.
Next task is clearing out the layer of mud from the bottom... and a few more deck boards...

The motor is likely seized in the boat...

Anybody think a 2.2 or 2.5 om diesel should go in it?

A couple of big outboards would do it.

BTW, congratulations - just a Spring Chicken compared with some of us
