CDI air box bracket hack (modificatioin)

The last time I took off the air box and bracket to change the 02 sensor on my CDI, I had a hard time getting the rear most bolt in. I decided to grind out a slot in the aluminum bracket, so the bolt remains in the head. The bolt gets loosened a little so the bracket can slide in/out. It is just a simple modification that helped out a lot, and will make it easy the next time when it comes to remove the air box bracket.

Great idea. Makes one wonder why the manufacturers don't spend more time thinking about maintenance ease. As is, they assemble the engine off-car where plenty of room to swing tools, then lower it all into a tight engine bay. Our 2002 T&C has a p.s. reservoir one must often unbolt to get access. For some reason, they put the nut on the backside where you must feel for it (and drop sockets), when a front nut would have been just as easy. Of course, shoppers can't evaluate such issues in the showroom and get frustrated later as owners.
