85 300SD motor mounts changed now car vibrates more

I had the mechanic adjust the valves, change the idler arm bushing and change the motor mounts today.

The car used to vibrate when stopped before the motor mounts were replaced.

Now, the car seems to shake side to side when stopped and also now shakes side to side when I brake just before coming to a complete stop so the car actually feels worse than before the motor mounts were changed as there was never the side to side vibration before.

When I look into the running engine compartment I can see the engine shock and mounts moving side to side.

What's going on here? This is NOT what I was expecting. I've had the motor mounts changed on my gas Mercedes w108 and it was like night and day in a good way.

Do I need to replace the transmission mount and engine shock/mounts as well?

Is there a break in period for these?

What brand/grade/part number were the mounts? I swapped in some new Febi mounts and the shaking was terrible at idle...Lemforders fixed that...

I don't know the brand but the mechanic said they would be OEM replacements.
