There’s an intact silver over grey ‘86 300SDL showing 160K miles with #14 head at the Newark CA pick-n-pull. I didn’t check for the prized catless downpipe.

Hmm,, the only thing I think I might need is the air cleaner box. Not sure if there is a difference between that year and my 90 350 SDL.
I've seen a few on Eslay, but they are mainly 124s with the 603.

intact as in not wrecked? Wonder why it is there? Head probably blew up?

Possible transmission failure? Oil starvation?
