So the vehicle I bought came with what i was told was new michelin premiem tires. They do in fact look brand new and still have the nubs. But i also no that could still mean old tires. It has a dot stamp but i cant seem to find the info.

And for completeness. Sometimes the DOT B7YW B1BX in your example will be on both sides of the tire but the 4915 is missing on one.

4915 is the date code. Manufactured the 49th week of 2015.........
