2009 E320 rear window sunscreen
 

The rear window sunscreen is down and will not go up. All three fuses mentioned in the fuse list are good. When I press the switch on the dash, I hear a faint click. I guess that is a relay but I have no idea where it is. How do I fix this problem?

Have a helper activate the switch while you give the sunshade motor a few taps with a small hammer. That should free it up.........
