Looking for tips on replacement of diff mount, trailing bushings, subframe mount.

Hi,
I've done a lot of searching on the forum but still have a few questions regarding subframe mounts, trailing arm bushings, and differential mount. I'm getting all of the characteristics of these parts being worn out (sagging rear end, hard to align, clunking at acceleration/decceleration, pulling while driving).

With the wheels/calipers off and the car up on jacks, it looks like most of the tension will be reduced on the coil spring as the arm hangs. Is this a correct assumption? Should I look out for anything (cautiously) as I slowly lower the subframe? Am I missing anything?

This is roughly how I see it.

1. Remove drive shaft from differential.
2. Support differential with jack.
3. Remove diff mount.
4. Remove sub frame mount bolts and bracket bolts.
5. Support trail arms as well while I drop the differential slightly.
6. Remove trail arm bolts. (shock/spring considerations?? is it loaded?)
7. Remove/replace trail arm bushings (I'm assuming there will be enough room).
8. Reattach trail arm (is this going to be difficult?)
9. Remove/replace subframe mounts (I'm assuming there will be enough room depending on my make-do tool)

Thoughts?
Thanks all!
