Will the engine wire harness from a e320(w210) fit an e300 (w124) with the exception of the turbo wires. Have a 95 e300 that the harness is bad and the glow plug wires are brittle and shorting out. Any help with this is very appreciated.

No, the connectors are different, the quantity of connectors differ, and so does wire length.

A 96 - 97 I-6 E320 wiring harness will not fit on a W124 diesel I-6 , obviously the later V6's harness is a no go.
An equivalent W210 harness E300D harness won't work on a W124 either, I think. The electronics are different.

I don't know how much time you have on your hands but rebuilding it is DIY job, just a long one. It's for the W140 but the principles are the same.
