Lemforder tie rod end question for 1984 300DT

I have the following new Lemforder tie rod ends in stock in preparation of a total front end suspension rebuild:

Three (3) Lemforder right hand thread
1081003009 cross number 000 338 52 10

One (1) Lemforder left hand thread
10709 03 009 cross number A 000 338 50 10

Am I screwed?

Doesn't that depend on what you currently have? Have you had this car since it was new? Might be likely that someone has replaced the entire tie rod in the past...

do the tie rods on a 1984 300DT require LEFT hand threaded tie rod ends or RIGHT hand threaded tie rod ends?

In order for the adjustment to work, one rod end must be LH and the other RH. Otherwise, rotating the center tube would not affect the overall length. (And that assumes you could actually install two same-threaded rod ends, which you cannot.)
