Door adjustment

I was adjusting my door because it was drooping just slightly towards the B pillar which made it hard to close. After reading some stuff on the internet, I loosed the bolts on the frame of the car and tried adjusting the door. That was a bunch of problems.

I finally found this video online, but where would I get such tools? I would take the car to a body shop but they'll probably charge a lot.

Mine's a w124 four door.

Part of them looks like a trim tool kit, similar to this one: https://www.pelicanparts.com/catalog/shopcart/TOOL/POR_TOOL_KTTOOL_pg2.htm

It’s pretty easy to do without tools and spacers. Just go slow. Have you verified from the fsm that the block isn’t a shop made tool?

I don't have a FSM

Even if I did, would it tell you how to adjust the doors?

W123, but..

Fsm 72-195 for windows... don’t recall for door striker. But again for w123. That said, how different can they be?

My door was slightly off, and the window stop was upside down... caused a lot of wasted time and frustration. But got all the guidance from the fsm...
