I forgot what controls intermittent wipers

On my 84SD the intermittent wiper quit working. I remember the solution previously was to change something in or near the fuse box but have forgotten what. The fuses are all good and allowing current through both sides of the copper contacts.

85SD 240K & stopped counting painted, putting bac together. 84SD 180,000. sold to a neighbor and member here but I forget his handle. The 84 is much improved from when I had it. 85TD beginning to repair to DD status. Lots of stuff to do.

There's a relay up under the dash behind the gauge binnacle ~ it has to come out (or mostly out) to reach it .
