Reset Visit Workshop Light

Left the radio on and key in the ignition so had to jump start the car.Now I have a red "visit workshop" light with a battery logo. I checked the battery for voltage its 12.4+. The code showing on my reader is for low voltage at the battery; I cleared it but the red light still wont go off. Is there a way to reset it or turn it off?
Ive also never reset the "its been 40(etc) days since the last service". Is there a reference for how to reset that too?

I drive a 2005 e320 CDI.

You may have a bad auxiliary battery. It is located under the cabin filter. These cars really need a high end scanner (MB specific) to scan and reset codes properly. The standard OBD2 just isn't adequate. I use the Icarsoft MB II.
