99 E300D Po400 Po200
Looking for some help on what to check on a 99 E300D throwing the po400 and po200 codes. EGR was deleted using this kit:

Did you look up the exact description of the codes MB uses and not the generic description many code readers use?

You've only done half the EGR delete with that kit.
The ECU is annoyed that it can no longer see the change in mass airflow when the EGR is actuated. That is why it is throwing the codes. The 98-99 turbo OM606 ECU is not sophisticated by today's standards and is easily fooled into thinking everything is normal. You need the 'diode and resistor hack' on the ECU. This reduces the MAF analog signal into the ECU when the EGR valve is actuated. http://www.peachparts.com/shopforum/diesel-discussion/168261-got-time-egr-bypass-606-turbo.html . Fast forward to post #102... Once you get this fitted, then you can delete the codes with a cheap OBDII reader and you should be good to go.
