I've just noticed in the past few weeks that my 99 E300 has started squeaking, really annoyingly from the rear. I'm sure at 288k there are plenty of worn out bushings or whatever. Is there a full kit that you guys like to use that has everything at once? I like to buy OEM as much as possible but I do realize that sometimes the aftermarket makes far superior parts, even with performance in mind, for cheaper than regular ol' parts.

Go on f cp and get rear control arm kit, both subframe bushings,transmission mount, differential bushings.

That's everything excluding rear shocks and springs.

Don't forget to grease the screw and threads on the spring compressor.

The rear end squeak is the outer lower control arm support joints. With the proper tool they are very easy to replace.
