Engine noise during starting

Hi Folks
i have that noise during starting when i start the car in the morning that noise get worse if it is cold outside
i have changed all 5 glow plugs and nothing has changed
what could be ?
my car is a 1991 w201 NA om602 2.5 Diesel

Sounds like its nailing. Bad injector imo

sorry but im talking about the engine hesitation during startup
can injectors do that ? i know my injectors are nailing but i dont know if that has a relation with that because after few seconds the engine runs fine and also if i put my foot on the accelerator pedal the cars starts fine with no hesitations at all

Air in the fuel lines will sure cause it. Worn out leaking injectors will sure cause it. Your low idle speed will sure cause it.

Fix any air leaks in your fuel system, have your injectors rebuilt with new nozzles and shimmed to the correct pop pressure, and fix your idle speed. The low idle isn't helping matters.

Get your multimeter out and Check that your glow plugs are getting power. Your engine sounds like its running sans glow plugs.
