Adjusting garrett t3 wastegate

What type of tool do i use to hold the wastegate valve shaft so i can loosen the locknut? Tried using a wrench but its so deep in there I cant get anything on the locknut too while holding it.

What I use it two VW 13MM ATF valve adjusting nuts ~ you lock them in place on the outer end of the valve (threaded shaft part) and hold it from turning as you use an open end wrench to turn the diaphragm .

Easy peasy .
