Welcome Casey!

This forum is run by Pelican Parts, so you can purchase here and support the site. I'm not sure what discount programs they have. I probably spend WAY too much time looking for quality parts at reasonable prices!

Hi Casey -- Pelican parts has a great selection and usually alternatives to just Mercedes branded. they sometimes offer alternatives made by suppliers which can be somewhat cheaper. Good idea to make a list and order everything at one time to get free shipping.

Bottom fishing for parts? Pick and pull yards can be your friend if any are local. Plus there are some people that sell used parts in our parts for sale and wanted section.

Use your judgement in any case. Many used parts will be better quality than some cheaper after market items.

Reviews of our site can suggest certain aftermarket brands to stay away from. Cheap today can mean not really made other than to sell with very poor durability.

There is no one place to get discounted parts of good quality. Many autoparts sellers offer free shipping after you purchase above a certain cost and that can be a savings.

In fact the parts issue even with my American Cars is such that I spend a lot of time reading and shopping for the best deal per quality of part.

Also look at your account and find out how to post what year make and model of vehicle you have so it will show up automatically every time you post or start a thread.
