1967 200D floor shifter

I managed to get my clutch functioning well enough to move my Benz under it's own power. The shifter bushings have totally disintegrated. If I take something apart I will always know how to put it back together. Unfortunately I did not take this apart. I am fortunate to have someone who can get me the EPC or whatever it is called parts lists and I ordered all the bushings, washer, and C clip. My issue is that the only obvious part is the C clip since that is the only part that is still in place. There is also some remnants of the broken washer. Can anyone describe or have a picture of how it all goes together. The parts list shows the exploded view so I don't really know how they go in in relation to the ball on the stick shift. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
