Need a vin check please

It’s not the holy grail but I’ve found what I was told is a euro stick 4 speed in running order, it’s been parked for awhile .Hoping it’s true , always been on my radar for sometime.

Can you find out what you need from lastvin.com? It has served me well for looking up the options of MB vehicles.

You can get a Marti Report if your Ford product is a 1967-2017 model. They cost money but I've used them for my current and former Ford products and it's a good service. https://www.martiauto.com/martireports.cfm

I bought it a few weeks ago after visiting the sellers shop, very nice young man and I would have to say a very good visit as he has this car bug 🐛 thing worse than me.He found it at an estate auction locally as one of his many sources for sighting his next conquered purchase , he quotes what I find the best feedback ever ,”I like to find a car that is different.” We walk out on his land and I see the car in amongst some 4 other running projects he has grouped over the last month. I asked, “will it run “. It runs and drives was his answer . I went to the tank to see how it looked inside and barely got the cap off but to see a very rusty inside .So , to say it runs , we did get it to start but a very poor idle which I blamed on the fuel , the blow by was none , nada. So I arranged delivery and put him on a time to drop it at
My storage
Lot.

Fast forward to this past Sunday and I’ve had more time to check on the engine , fresh filters and a jerry can of clean fuel to bypass the tank ,,this old girl fired right up, revs nicely , it has just a touch over 132k for
Mileage and I’m glad to be in it for under $800.Ive run through these old MB diesel and the experience of the chase is never dull , it’s been a hobby of mine for some 16 yrs or so , this might be the last one for awhile .

The color of the exterior is very odd , I thought it was a primer car waiting to be painted but it’s a grey much like primer. The blue interior will need some of my stored interior boxed away items .Update when I can about the vin, Thanks guys , it’s been awhile but still here.
