Just go to the dealer? You can get acceptable non-dealer versions of all of those things from various places that you can't mention here. If you are replacing the fan clutch you should swap to an OM606 fan too.

No... I am just trying to source "Good" replacement parts...

it seems like lot's of haters for the URO replacement parts.

Is Behr OK for the Fan clutch ?
Is Febi OK quality for the flex plates (rubber discs) ?

You could also call the owner of this site and order OE parts at a slight discount from local dealer prices. You could also search the web for OE Mercedes parts and buy at a slight discount.

With shipping this site really isn't that good a deal for dealer parts. I am pretty sure that the stock fan clutch is Behr? If so that should be fine. I actually just put the cheapest one from Amazon on mine and it has worked for over a year so far (I wasn't sure if the old one was causing an issue so I bought this one just to see if it fixed it and it did).

Also Corteco flex discs seemed to work ok, I have them on my car but haven't driven it much since i put them on. I also put a new driveshaft in because I couldn't find anyone to change the u-joint or end bushings and it needed them.

So you found someone to replace entire driveshaft... doesn't that come w/ U joint and bushings?

What were the signs -- of that wear/needing driveshaft replacement?

Do you think I should replace diff fluid w/ New synthetic? What's your opinion on dino oil or Synthetic for sdl?

I ordered a new driveshaft online, not a factory one but a new one made to fit. When I removed the old one the u joint was bad, and I tried another used one but it vibrated too much. The new one was cheaper than finding someone to change the u-joint and getting it done, so it seemed worthwhile. And yes replace the diff fluid, I don't see any problem with synthetic if its the right spec. I have used all synthetic fluids in mine, the transmission leaks badly (but did before I put synthetic fluid in) but there aren't any other major leaks.
