MBNA is offering coupons for $150 off $300 service at their dealerships. I really only need to have my brake fluid changed on the '05 E320 CDI (SBC system) which is about $150 with tax, etc.

The service manager said I can buy parts from the service department to make up the difference. What parts should I get if I don't have anything that I know of that needs service? Oil filters, wipers...what else?

Consumables like filters are often a great price at the dealer. I was looking for a trans filter today because I'm installing a used transmission in my C320 wagon and dealer was 1/3 the price of the parts stores. Heck, the reman transmission was less than half the price at the dealer versus local shop ($1400 vs $3000) but I had found a good, used unit. Brake pads and discs are also usually very affordable from the dealer unless you have an AMG.
