tricky A/C question

After spending several days and about 30 feet of new vacuum lines, I got my A/C fixed, but: In the cooling mode, everything seems to be normal, but in heating mode,
the heated air coming from the nozzles on the passenger side is much higher than on the driver's side.
Does anybody know why?
Help would be greatly apprechiated! THANX!!
