Never able to leave well enough alone, I revised my ACCII climate control to a more simplified manual-ish system. I used toggle switches, vacuum switches, a manual water valve and for cooling just the AC temperature sensor and fan speed.

I haven't had the opportunity to test the cooling mode (it's winter in Iowa) but the heating controls work very well.
