water behind drivers seat and icicle under car

Is this a sunroof leak issues?

The icicle looks to be hanging from a proper drain but the water in the back seat looks typical of the sunroof drain/leak thing. Time to get out the string trimmer line and run it down the drains in the 4 corners of the sunroof. Might help if that is the only thing going on.

I agree that the drain in your photo is working properly - it's just bloody cold where you are.

The source of the leak could be a sunroof problem, however, on 123 cars, and surely others, a puddling of water on the rear foot wells is usually from a windshield leak. Once the water gets in through the gasket, it runs down the firewall under the rug, goes under the front seat and settles on the rear foot well, which is lower than the front well.
