Upper control arm installation question
 

85 300sd. How do you get upper control arm bolt in on drivers side. No access under brake mc. Any tricks tips? I’ve thought of reversing it with nut end under mc. This would require widening hole closest to front of car.

Does not matter which way bolt goes, did a few of these, never had to open hole.

Can you reach in by the swaybar? I usually have trouble with stuff like that but I don't remember it being too bad. I changed the control arms on both of the ones I had and I put it back the way it was originally. I don't own one anymore so I can't look at it though.

I ended up putting bolt in the opposite way. A little gentle persuasion and not went in.
