How to disassemble alternator and remove pulley.

I have a working alternator with badly ovalized pivot holes, and a non damaged, but non working alternator. I am wondering how hard it would be to remove the front section, with the rotor, and a double pulley attached, and put it into the working alternator, thereby having non ovalized holes, and the double pulley needed, in the electrically functional alternator.

Short of that, wondering how to remove and replace the pulley if i do not have an impact wrench.

Thanks!

Does the alternator end shaft have a place for a allen wrench?

OK I don't like doing the screwdrivers one in the first picture and in fact it is someone else's picture.

I use a 12-volt electric impact wrench from harbor freight. It is made for wheel bolts and nuts for tire changing but works almost as well as a pneumatic impact wrench. On the old ones you plug into the cigarette lighter.

Harbor freight has this one with that uses AC and has a cord: CHICAGO ELECTRIC POWER TOOLS 7 Amp, 1/2 in. Impact Wrench with Rocker Switch, SKU: 61173
Now that I know they are so cheap I am going to get one. Won't help on the road but for use at home.

I do not look like they sell the 12-volt ones that go into the cigarette lighter anymore. I used to have one of those in each car to make tire changing on the road faster and they reduce the effort during tire rotation.
