Mercedes W123/S123/V123/C123 Blade Fuse Box
Good People,
Came across this site taking preorders and wanted to share the find with the forum for those who may be interested. https://www.holygraillabs.com/products/mercedes-w123-blade-fuse-box?sca_ref=9442250.fXhMtmsggas&sca_source=Facebook |

If something burned up behind the fuse box and needs replacing that is a different issue. |
Hey Diesel911,
I hear exactly what your saying. Being new to the W123 community I was not sure if the community had been looking for such a unicorn that has nearly arrived. It is expensive so it is not on my list until I get my ride properly up and running. |
Meh. Nothing wrong with the stock unit and this is over priced to boot!
|
True.
Having spent nearly 30yrs on the Rennlist / Pelican 911 Forum these high priced items would appear. Its good seeing you Merc folks also saying no to high prices. A woman called her husband and said she found a great deal on and item. The husband replied "no, price too high". When the husband returned he found the item at home. He asked his wife why did you buy this after our communication? She replied "you said no price too high". |
I will say what I thin could sell. if an adpaper plate was setup to fit the blade fuses and maybe they would have to be the mini blade fuses and it was setup so that all you and to do was remove the old fuses, clean the old fuse terminals and just snap the new blade fuse adapter plate over and snaps into the old fuse holders.
Note that using some sort of conductive paste on the old terminal area could make that maintenance free once the adapter plate is installed. However, I don't know if the fuse cover lid would fit after that. Note: Patent pending. |
