Thumping Sound in Back of Drivers Seat During Cold Acceleration

Hello Good People,

When first accelerating from a cold start I can easily hear a thumping sound in back of the drivers seat. The thumping sound eventually goes away but I am concerned as to what it is.

Take me school so I can keep this car on the road for another 40yrs.
