Does anyone have the part number of the M8 x 50 bolts that go on the front end of the late style OM603 head? The MB parts guy gave me the you're-wasting-my-time look when he couldn't find the part on the 91 350SDL screen.

Should there be a gasket at the turbo inlet? I pulled the trap oxidizer replacement pipe off the turbo to replace a kinked oil feed line. There was no gasket. Manifold and turbo are off the engine.

The manual does not show a gasket between the trap oxidizer and turbo inlet, it says to make sure the surfaces are clean, also the manual does not give a part number for the head bolts other than there size, and noting to make sure that the bolts are in tolerance in regards to length (not stretched)

Hi.I looked up my epc catologe for head bolts but its not clear.It gives me a part # and quantity
603 990 01 10 QUANTITY OF 6
603 990 02 10 QUANTITY OF 13
603 990 03 10 quantity of 7

Yep, I just did catch the thread. Better to email me direct with stuff like this, I'm not looking at the forum as often (no time). Anyway, they are on the EPC, you just need to know how to decipher the gobbledygook in there. Look at the cylinder head exploded view again, but this time click on item 666 and 672. Here's the info:

000912-008062 - M8 x 50 bolt (has been superceded by 000912-008130)
000137-008204 - Spring washer (don't know if it's been superceded)
