TX shindig supplies!!!

Time is a getting close folks. Since there has been no activity in the other thread, I figured that I'll start a new one.

What I'm bringing:

Brats and buns

TXBill: Bottled Water

We need pretty much everything else that would be needed for the shindig.

Count is still between 15 and 17 people for the gathering.

No problem. We are powered there, and I can bring the frankenstein power supply and electric cooler. I was going to bring the cooler anyway to carry the brats as they will be marinating for the day prior.

So we have Herb for the paper plates and utensils.

I will also get some mesquite wood to use with the charcoal.

Hey guys.

To reconfirm, I'll bring the plates, utensils, and cups. I'll bring the thicker plates and not the thin ones so that they won't fall apart when there is food on them.

Herb

I'm the worst at knowing what you will need. Whatever you need, let me know and I'll bring it.

Have a great day,

Put us down for bringing desert. (Leaning towards strudel, but may change to cobbler depending on logistics). Maybe somebody else can bring vanilla ice cream.

Head count looks like about 20 at this point.

I suggested vanilla ice cream to have something to put on the strudel. It never occurred to me that some people might want to just have ice cream without the strudel. (Give self dope slap). Maybe Larry can bring vanilla, and somebody else bring some other flavors?

Really looking forward to this event.

Supplies

Do I need to cut things ahead of time or will we have some sort or kitchen, prep area. If not it would be better if I did this at home in the kitchen. Whatevers is best.

I would recommend cutting everything ahead of time. There are numerous picnic tables in there, but no segregated cooking area. Besices, it'll leave you more time to enjoy yourself at the party.

OK, another rundown as to what has been listed to be brought.

Diesel Power: bratwurst, buns, mesquite
Me: Bottled water, hamburger meat, charcoal, hamburger buns
Airfoill: paper plates, utensils, napkins, cups
Palangi: dessert
LarryBible: Vanilla Ice Cream
rob_frick: 2 cases of canned drinks, flavor to be determined, ice and ice chest, and ice cream cones.
rdc5000: lettuce, tomatos, pickles, onions, mayo, mustard, ketchup, cheese slices

We still need Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo, and whatever else somebody thinks up at the last minute.

Less than a month away now folks!!!!!!!
