300CD Seat Vacuum Diaphram

Today I finally got around to looking at the seat lock on my 300CD, and I found that I have a leak somewhere in the line coming from the engine compartment to seats, on both seats. I also found that I have leaks in both diaphrams on the drivers side seat. My question now, where do I find these parts other than at the dealership? I havn't tried my local import parts store yet, but I have a feeling that they might not be able to find them. The vacuum line is the only part I am not worried about finding.
