If you use the search function on this forum, you will find dozens of threads relating to this topic. It is one of the most frequent queries among new diesel Benz owners. If I could suggest one thing it would be this: before attempting to adjust your ALDA, make sure that you've completed the banjo bolt and switchover valve cleaning. If your car's sluggishness is a result of a dirty banjo fitting/boost sensing line, then your ALDA may not need to be messed with. However, if you are still dissatisfied with performance after you've cleaned the above, an ALDA adjustment may be in order. Recently, I posted some helpful pics of the switchover valve and banjo bolt. Do a search on my name or on the topic at hand, and you'll be rewarded with more info than you can handle. Good luck!
