Did the 123's ever have as an option interior lights for the rear passengers? Retrofit? I have an 85 300TDT and the only interior lights are near the rear view mirror and at the back for the cargo area but none for the rear seats. My brother's 82 Volvo has better lighting.

I'm afraid what you see is what you get. I've looked at a lot of wagons and never seen a rear seat area light. Remember, you have a big sunroof that needs most of that space. You might be able to jury rig something but you'll likely make a mess in the process.
