Oil Leaking from Turbo Unit 1987 300D

I replaced my voltage regulator on my alternator today and noticed the whole area was covered in engine oil. A closer look revealed an oil leak from the front part of the turbocharger.

Does this mean just a new gasket or a new TURBO?

Help!
